WRONG ADDRESS, RETURN TO SENDER, ETC.
Canadian orders: Item can be reshipped once it is returned as long as the shipping is paid again. If a refund is preferred, you will be refunded the cost of the order, minus the shipping fee initially paid.
USA or International orders: The package can only be returned to sender if a $5 CAD fee is paid to get the package reshipped back into Canada. Once the package is returned, I can resend the package to you with the appropriate payment ($5 return fee plus a new postage fee). Failure to pay the $5 return fee will result in your package not being returned—I cannot provide a refund, reshipment or exchange in this scenario.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
I do not accept returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Each maker grades their pins differently. Enamel Pins are handmade and are guaranteed to have tiny, almost invisible imperfections. That is a normal part of pin-making and no pin will ever be completely flawless. If your pin has a large noticeable flaw, send me a message with pictures and we can discuss a replacement with a return of the original product.
If you made more than one order in the same period and paid twice for shipping, send me a message and I can refund you for one of the shipping costs! This must be done before postage has been purchased on my end, so please do so ASAP.
Pre-orders do not ship immediately. When you pre-order a pin and the order contains in-stock items, items will be held until the pre-order pin is in stock. If you would like your other items to arrive before the pre-order, send me a message and we can arrange the cost of shipping a second order.
Colours may vary on pre-orders, and colours on products may be different in person due to different monitors and devices. Photos taken try to reflect the colours accurately however they may differ slightly in person.
Orders are typically shipped once a week on Sundays. Holidays may change the shipping schedule. Canadian orders and stickers may be shipped more frequently.
Canadian pins, keychains, stickers, patches and lanyards, as well as USA/International stickers, are shipped via Canada Post with NO tracking information. This is the low cost option and saves you a lot of money. If you require tracking, please contact me so I can invoice you for tracking.
US orders are shipped via USPS/Chit Chats. International orders are shipped via Asendia/Chit Chats. Please check your order for tracking information.
Once a package is in the care of the provider, I am no longer responsible for the care and delivery of the item. Please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.
